This 4-in-1 electric grill and griddle has two sets of removable non-stick plates which allow it to function as a contact grill, a panini press, and an extra large open grill or griddle. Start the day with pancakes and sausage, prepare panini stuffed with your favorite fillings for lunch, then do steaks on the open grill, or burgers on the contact grill for dinner. The cooking plates are designed to drain grease from the food into an integrated drip tray for healthy cooking. The sturdy panini style handle has a floating hinge to adjust to the thickness of the food.
